With more than 15 years of leadership experience across frontline management, senior leadership, and interim executive roles, I bring a rare combination of strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and high-stakes communication skills to my career as a real estate agent.

In addition to my leadership background, I am also an active real estate investor with hands-on experience owning rental properties, managing tenants, and completing successful fix-and-flip projects. Navigating investment acquisitions, renovations, and property management has given me a practical understanding of issues that frequently arise during inspections, appraisals, and negotiations. I’ve learned firsthand how to identify potential red flags, evaluate long-term value, and troubleshoot challenges quickly and effectively — skills that now directly benefit my clients.

Throughout my healthcare tenure, I guided teams through major organizational changes, supported individuals during critical moments, and led complex operations where clarity, empathy, and sound decision-making were essential. These experiences strengthened my ability to navigate crucial conversations, even in high-pressure environments, ensuring that every stakeholder felt heard, supported, and well-informed.
